Udoo android Autostart

Hi

I would like to autostart an android App on Udoo once Udoo startup. I also need to make the connection with arduino available by default upon first boot without gui intervention.

How this can be done ?

sorry i mean OTG like below, how can we click on external otg port enabled without having a screen or a mouse, i.e programatically

Now go in the setting -> developer options and click on External OTG port enabled
