best GApps package on Seco A62J quad 2GB RAM ?

dear all,
I got a SECO A62J QUAD 2GB RAM board.
I want to install GoogleApps with the best speed .
With a 1GB RAM Board, I could install only Pico package in order to avoid Memory leaks.
With a 2GB RAM board, what is the best package to install to have the quickest Google application run ?
Other point, I only need GoogleMaps, and Youtube, can I remove the others not used functions like TTS, GMail, ??

to install the Gapps you can follow the documentation that already exists for UDOO Quad: http://www.udoo.org/docs/Cookbook_Android/How_To_Install_Gapps_On_UDOO_Running_Android.html
Another way to go is to go to take a look at Opengapps, where you can find instructions, including the right package.
