Does anyone know the exact weight of the board? I was wondering if it's light enough to be mounted on a not-so-large drone.
Battery powering it might be an issue. Won't a Neo suffice? Though the Arduino programming part might be much more difficult as the Neo isn't so 'Arduino compatible'.
Thanks! You're right, I'll need a 12v 3a battery as well I think. I found another thread here which mentioned this one http://www.lynxmotion.com/p-727-120-volt-ni-mh-2800mah-battery-pack.aspx I want to attach a particular WiFi card on the board, so the M.2 E-key slot is pretty crucial. If I'm not wrong the Neo doesn't have this slot.
You probably don't need anywhere near 3A, that recommendation has a lot of margin for connecting USB devices etc. Also that battery pack doesn't seem to have regulated output, UDOO requires 12V +- 5%.
