    Hi, Second part..... I was able to program Arduino .... whit led blink and fade. Power consuption is 5.3W-6.5W without anything connected......

    Hi I have tried everything . I think this board is defect. Power: in boot mode it takes around 5W during normal work mode it takes between 3W-5W....
