I followed the instructions on ArchArm website but nothing boots. I just see the Udoo logo on screen. I need help, anyone?
A lot of counter questions first. - Which instructions? Link. - Type of board? - What have you tried? - What is your working environment (OS, SD card)? No one will EVER help you if you don't help the ones who can.
Hi weemo, it boots but it's extremely slow. It takes approx 1:30 min due to the incompatibility of the udoo's old kernel and newer versions of systemd. If you are patient you will get ssh access and then the next step will be to install latest generic armv7 kernel: Code: pacman -Sy linux-armv7 Although this kernel is not 100% for udoo and you may luck functionality of some parts of the hardware, it's the best you can have with the combo udoo/archlinuxarm.
hey Tux!! Feel very proud with what I have to say, out of all t he distros I have used in Udoo (total of 4), yours is in my opinion the best. I dont know what you differently but it just works..Question for you, have you tried a Window Manager on Archphile or any other Arch variation for that matter??? what is the 2D speed of it??? Lubuntu 2D speed is not what I was expecting..Thanks
