Problem with Arduino IDE

I'm trying to program UDOO in java using rxtxcomm ....pratically impossible ...
When I install rxtxcomm library for ARM I have a problem ,Arduino IDE stop to runs , NEtbeans stops to runs
I think there is not possible to use UDOO with java and serial communication .
Udoobuntu , ...the problemts are there is not enaugh documentation and not support
And don't know what to say anymore
I am very disappointed of all

 

Now I'm looking for an other solution .....maybe python + pyserial + tkinker ...... :?

I had already try this way but I got errors .....now I want to follow your tutorial again , installing eclipse from lubuntu donwload center
