    Yes january for sure, yes the release is rooted and no driver for egalax touch screen :D

    A couple of weeks and we should be ready to go. We're working to release a stable and fast version improving the OS User Experience.

    I installed the new android ...
    set after the completion of the 15.6 "LVDS Display with Android string ....
    setenv bootargs console = ttymxc1,115200 init = / init = mxcfb0 video: dev = ldb, 1366x768M @ 60, if = RGB24, bpp = 32 = mxcfb1 video: video = mxcfb2 off: off fbmem = 28M vmalloc = 400M androidboot.console = ttymxc1 androidboot.hardware = freescale mem = 1024M

    (http://www.elinux.org/UDOO_setup_lvds_p ... alibration)

    and after successfully perform calibration with raton..theTouch Screen does not work well ...

    any solution?

    also wanted to ask if it is possible in 15.6 "LVDS Display the Touch Dual?

    what you mean by "it doesn't perform well"? Could you be more specific? Do you feel a tremble when you touch the display?

    Hi, i downloaded android kitkat and it work partially. Why, because i have egalax touch screen driver (usb) and it isn't recognize with android :evil: ! For information the usb driver work like a charm under Udoobuntu (but qt5 don't work on it :evil: :evil: ) I have the choice use udoobuntu with my touchscreen but without Qt5 or use android with qt5 but without touchscreen ! The problem, i need to use qt5 and touchscreen !!! Do you have a solution to enable a egalax usb driver under android ? please :(

    unfortunately we don't officially support other touch screen displays. I'm sorry but you have to recompile it. Android sources to compile are here: http://www.udoo.org/downloads/
