CN6 not working at all

hi
Cn6 not working at all
when i connect it to my computer, nothing happened
it was working fine but now not working
is there a way to reset to default or it just broken?
when i go to devices, it do not appear as connected
no sound, no unknown devices, nothing. connected to nothing
please help!

 

Maybe your cable is broken?

 

I tried six cables. And i tried them with cn3 and its working

Hi. I installed the driver and nothing happened.
When i connect the cable, nothing appear on my computer. Not (unrecognized device) which you can solve by installing drivers
