Android not booting hanging....

Hello All,

I just have new board Udoo Dual Basic with 7 inc lvd screen, the android didn't boot, i only have the loading message with ANDROID on the LCD and then get this message : unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped??
i use the new image on udoo site it is udoo_dual_android_v4.4.2-1.0.
i try to download old version of android but it is also not booting.
and also to be sure i make the check sum and it is correct (SHA-1).

please update.

Try to replace SD card first

 

i already replace the SD card it and it is the same.

Because udoo board's primary interface is hdmi.
Set according to your environment.
