Hi I'm trying to use the UDOO camera in order to read barcodes under android. In order to test it (before developing a custom app) I'm using the Barcode Scanner app, as I plan to employ zebra crossing anyways for the actual reading. The problem I'm running into is that the camera does not focus properly on the barcode when it is placed at the distance necessary to resolve it. Are there known issues with autofocus on the UDOO camera under Android? Does anyone know how to address this issue? Ciao Ciro
Hi Delba, Understand above msg is back to year 2014. Would like to ask, currently the camera module can support auto focus? The driver already can handle this feature. We have the camera module on hand now, and we would like to turn this as barcode reader . Thanks Regards, Winson
