    Hi everyone!
I'm trying to acess the web dashnoard and vnc server of my board, but for both of them i get a connection refused error.
I burnt udoobuntu on my microSD and followed the guide on the docs for direct usb connection, but the only thing i managed to do is connecting through the serial port, i'working with Windows 10.
    Thanks for the help

Does your Neo boot properly? Do you see a desktop on the connected HDMI screen (TV)? Does your PC recognizes the Neo as a Mass Storage? Did you use the UDOO NEO's Micro USB connection?

    Troubleshooting
    • If your UDOO NEO doesn't appear as a mass storage or is not recognized by your MAC\Pc, this may be due to insufficient power output from the USB port it is attached to. Therefore, try to:
    • Change the USB port it is plugged into, to be on the safe side plug UDOO NEO to USB 3.0
    • If you're on a Laptop, disable USB Power Saving mode
    • Try to use a powered USB HUB

I think that the board boots properly since i can execute terminal commands through putty and the pc recognizes it as a mass storage, however i cannot see the desktop on HDMI screens. And yes I used the micro USB connection, I also tried to change usb port and to power the board with a 12V supply

In the early releases of Udoobuntu there were some display issues but the latest releases are fairly stable.
Please try to rewrite your image to the SD card (do not use standard Windows ZIP to unzip the image) as it looks it is not booting correctly. You should see a desktop on HDMI.
Alternatively you could connect the Neo to a wired LAN and try to connect to the Neo webdashboard on the IP given by your router.
