Android 4.4.2 KIT KAT Change Screen to LVDS

Hi everyone!

I had to burn another Udoo Android KIT KAT 4.4.2 image to my Udoo Quad and when I plugged it to a HDMI to change the Video option to LVDS I discovered that the image from www.udoo.org/downloads/ does not include the Udoo Settings into the main settings.
Is there anyway to fix it?
