Error opening USB port when Android reboot

    Hi all, is this a known issue?
    When i reboot udoo by software (or pressing the udoo reboot button) the udoo USB has problems communicating with Arduino, the only way to activate it again is unplugging / plugging the udoo from the power supply. are there any fix to this? i need to relay on Arduino when udoo reboots.
    I have tried this with all Android versions (ANDROID 4.4.2 KITKAT and ANDROID 6.0.1 MARSHMALLOW 6.0.1 R2)
    you have developed and all do the same.

    Hi @Marino Arias,
    one solution could be to move the GPIO of the reset of the SAM3X8E at boot. If you do it, could you update us about it?

    Thank you Andrea for you response, it sounds like good approach. would you or anyone point me on the right direction to do this?

    Checking through the serial when UDOO reboots doesn't execute these commands:
    android_work: sent uevent USB_STATE=DISCONNECTED
    android_work: sent uevent USB_STATE=CONNECTED
    android_usb gadget: high speed config #1: android
    android_work: sent uevent USB_STATE=CONFIGURED
