It definitely won't work on 5Ghz, and probably quite badly at 2.4Ghz (being tuned for less than 2.2Ghz). And I think it needs to have mhf4/ipex connector for intel wifi cards. Can't you get cheap USB wifi dongle to use temporarily until the antennas arrive.
