How do you change the boot order?

I've got an M.2 drive on my UDOO x86 and would like to boot from that by default. While I could e.g. move my /boot partition to the internal storage, it seems like I ought to be able to set this in the BIOS. I've been unable to find this in either the SCU or Boot Manager as covered here: https://www.udoo.org/docs-x86/Hardware_Reference/UEFI_Firmware.html

    Any pointers?

For legacy boot order, go to SCU -> Boot (tab at top) -> Legacy (last option).

There are three lists for ordering boot options: "Boot Type Order", "Hard Disk Drive" and "USB". Under each you can use F5/F6 buttons to move selected option down/up.
