Hi, I ordered SATA cables and a case for the Udoo x86 on May 13. I got an order confirmation, but, they haven't been shipped. I opened a support ticket last week, still nothing. I have updated it a couple of time including adding the order invoice (paid with PayPal). Still no word. I am getting very frustrated with the lack of response from the support system. What do I need to do to get a response!
You ordered a pre-order. Udoo team is now processing it's pre-orders based on date of order. You ordered very late so hopefully it is coming soon (the shop site indicates days for a week now). That a support ticket has no response is not customer centric from Udoo. @Laura Did you check your spam email box?
Thanks for the reply.I checked my spam bucket and there is no reply. I also logged into to the support page and there are no responses on the ticket.
