Delivery time scale

I think that is not a big problem with the delay of the delivery. A biggest problem is not to know why one, who bought a plate later, takes it early.
From my point of view, a communication and an explanation can help. Thank you, Laura, for that. I'm also want to say that for me is better to wait for the EU power supply then get US with an EU adapter. Maybe it will be a good option to give customers a choice.

 

Me too. I rather have a normal EU power supply than one with an adapter. These kind of solutions rather look clunky. If you'd ask me what of the two options I would choose, I'd choose wait (for a foreseeable time of course).

 

I ordered an Ultra on Jan 13, order number 300004252.
For me it doesn't matter if the power supply is US or EU type, as long as my board arrives soon.

 

My board (Advanced Plus) + case + sata kit + fan + PSU was delivered today.
The PSU has a EU cable, it's a like a small laptop PSU type with a separate power cable, it looks well made and good quality.
All hardware was present for the board case and fan (no screws or other hardware missing has related in early posts).
Waiting for Debian Stretch to be released tomorrow to fire-up the whole thing!

 

My Advanced Plus to Germany (ordered end of january) is on the way and scheduled to arrive on monday. Looking forward to it.

Order #300004292, 2xUltra + case + sata kit + M.2 Wi-Fi + fan + PSU ordered January 21st, notified by UPS of delivery 20th June. Can't wait to join the 'Screws are missing/Can't access BIOS/<insert OS here> doesn't boot' crowd!

 

Why do you have to be a follower? Why can't you come up with your own problems?

 

Touché! I'll devote myself to installing Windows 10 on the L2 cache. If that doesn't work, I'll try Minix.

 

I know I complained about the preorders delivery issues quite a bit.

Now to be fair and as I received the board (Advanced Plus) on Friday, I installed Debian Stretch on the EMMC, I am currently typing this post from my UDOOx86 and I am glad to report that this little thing is quite amazing and I am not disappointed so far!

 

Received my pre-order ultra today.

Just received notification of shipment from UPS .

Although i had two seperate orders in place but i got notification as only 1 package .

Did your shipments come in a single package for two seperate orders ?


Any info on this would be much appreciated .
