How to update BIOS?

    Hey!

    After checking the documentation about updating the bios, I must admit I am completely lost....
    I have downloaded the archive as in the documentation
    https://www.udoo.org/docs-x86/Advanced_Topics/UEFI_update.html

    but I can't see there any pdf with instructions how to update - just a bunch of development files and the bios image....
    Could anyone please give me the steps (or the pdf with the steps) how to update the bios?

    Hola podrías ayudarme, exactamente como lo hiciste, estoy total mete perdido, lo estoy intentando en Windows 10
