hi Can anyone here help me. I sent my fault UDOO performance kit for repair as it was faulty. On 19th Jul 2017 I got a confirmation that the board is received. After that no response for my multiple reminders / follow up. As I was told that they are on vacation and waited last week and was hoping for some update. Even today not received any update / communication. Anyone help here? My ticket number is Ethernet port not working #890337
