There is no need to open a support ticket on this topic. UDOO is aware of everyone who received a kit without those items. We have handed all the packets containing the screws and antenna to the postal service. For some users, they are taking a bit longer to travel through the postal system. You should all have them soon.
Laura was right! If you wait long enough your missing antenna will arrive. Mine came today -- four WEEKS after they were shipped. It's disappointing that since this was their error Udoo didn't spend a few cents more on postage to insure a more prompt arrival. But that's all behind us. I now have my complete X86 Advanced with Performance Kit, which I backed so many months ago on Kickstarter.
