Camera for UDOO Quad

Hello

There are 2 different camera for the Udoo Quad.
MIPI 5MP IR AF Camera for QUAD/DUAL
and
MIPI 5MP AF Camera for QUAD/DUAL
What difference between these 2 cameras ? For which usage is each of them ?

The IR flavor is sensitive to infra-red, the other is not.

what are the use cases using the IR model or the non IR ?

IR looks at heat, non-IR looks at light.

 

ok so for playing with openCV the non-IR will do the job !
