Arduino Pin Number and Enable energy

Hi. i need use pin with 3.3v and 5v, but they not have voltage, what i have to do ?

 

Attach a power supply? Are you measuring the right pins? Arduino pins are the inside ones.

 

yes, i use voltmeter and not have voltage...

 

Then something is wrong with your board or you are not measuring correctly.
Are you putting 1 measuring pen on pin gnd and 1 on 5V?

Does your Neo boot? If you load the Arduino blink example does your led blink?

 

yes, but i dont go used arduino i need to test for use with linux or android this port for active gps

 

If your Neo boots into Linux or android these pins always give power.
