Hi, I have a Udoo X86 advanced plus working for more than one year until I inserted an USB dongle and suddenly the orange led switched on blocking my board. Then, I rebooted the board removing the energy plug but the orange led was still orange without images on the display. In these days; I tried different solutions read here in the forum, like using a normal USB keyboard clicking the ESC button several times, or using a different display with different HDMI cable, or a different energy power but nothing changed. In the meanwhile, I opened a support ticket without receiving support yet. Can someone help me to fix this issue? Thanks
I have same issue when my friend gave me a functional board. Tried to contact customer support on Aug13 but it took ages to get a reply. Last respond is on Sept 16... It looks like UDOO is handling those customer support ticket every half month....
