RGB LED Comtroller

Hey,
I have the Udoo Quad and a RGB LED Stripe, the Stripe needs 12V.

I want to controll the LED's with the Udoo or if thats possible via my Galaxy S4 over Wifi.
Anyone knows how i can make this possible?

To manage a LED strip you need an RGB LED Amplifier, something like this:
