best place to buy loaded SD Card

is it possible to buy a loaded SD Card with udoo_quad_ubtntu1204_v2.0.img on it i am having problems loading it .

Writing a image into SD card is not complex, what problems have you met? Let's see if can help

 

i am having physical problems with a lap top that has a sd slot it will not read the card , that why i was looking for a pre-loaded one.
