Turn off UDOO

How i turn off the UDOO Quad please?

 

if using ubuntu you should be simply able to go in the top right corner and click the drop-down menu and press shut down.

Really? When I do this, the UDOO immediately powers back on again. The 'restart' and 'shut down' options are effectively the same.

 

it does restart sometimes but it tends to turn off generally, at least in my case. i have noticed on the forums that different boards power on and off in different ways.

My experience is that always reboots when I presse the button.

Is it possible to to power off using shutdown or poweroff command?

not sure about the command but as i have written before the standard ubuntu shut down option works for me. the button dosent really seem to work for me.
