HDMI Patch from Nov 18th FAQ not working

I ran through the new HDMI patch guide at http://www.udoo.org/faq-items/how-can-i ... mi-issues/

I am still getting the same HDMI errors:

I booted UDOO while serial debugging and stopped the boot process then entered:

After rebooting UDOO again to the login prompt I got the same HDMI errors as above.

I then logged into UBUNTU through the serial connection and ran the command:

the system did not return any message ... It just returned me back to the Linux prompt.

I decided to continue to follow the rest of the guide.

I rebooted, stopped the boot and entered:

again rebooting and then typing :

I see the exact edid table dump you show in your document:

What is my next step to try?

FYI I tried creating the file "/etc/edid.txt" and pasting in the sample edid table from the document. I rebooted and got same errors

No, I gave up on UDOO.

I requested information from support about this continuing issue and they said to post here but no one ever responded.
