Hi, I am new here. Joined as I got my new Bolt V8. The problem i am having is blank screen. I connected everything, powered it up with the official power supply. The power light turns green, but I don't see any display. Have tried the following without any luck 1. Used 3 different monitors i.e. 2 - 4K monitors and 1 Full HD monitor. 2. Connected 2 different working USB C cables and 3 different HDMI cables. 3. Run with 1 RAM stick in each of the slots. Got another working RAM from another computer. Is there a secret to get this working or is it just a faulty piece. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
Another thing I just noticed, is that the CPU fan tries to run and it just stops when I powerup. Is it supposed to run as soon as I startup. Also the power light is green after I press the power button.
I recently purchased an Udoo Bolt V8 and have had the exact same problem. After taking my Udoo Bolt to get a diagnosis, it seem the board is faulty. I filed a ticket with customer care a month ago and still have not received any reply. I hope you've had better luck.
