How to get ECCN - CCATS officially? (URGENT)

Hi,
I tried to order the Bolt Gear through MOUSER These are our Distributors | discover who distribute our products (udoo.org) as the ECCN was not submitted to them.
How can I get it officially and haven MOUSER in the loop to have it shipped asap?
I order not only the BOLT GEAR through them, so I would like to see the cancellation undone quickly

besides classification, what is properly 5A002, it does require CCATS and a 740 license to determine where it can be exported

 

On Mouser europe it has an ECCN see sreenshot
