'TARGET_ARCH_VARIANT=armv7-a-neon' Well, that doesn't look good to start with, seeing as UDOO is ARM 9.
where to change this setting? 'TARGET_ARCH_VARIANT=armv7-a-neon' Wiki is misspelled? HOST $ export ARCH = arm HOST $ export CROSS_COMPILE = $ PWD/prebuilts/gcc/linux-x86/arm/arm-eabi-4.6-bin/arm-eabi- HOST $ export PATH = $ PWD / bootable / bootloader / u-boot-imx / tools: $ PATH HOST $. build / envsetup.sh as it should be?
Did you ever get some help on this issue? I'm trying to build from source as well, and can get the build to compile, etc (4.3 Android source), but I can't get the SD to boot. I'm wondering if its the android VARIANT noted below, but I can't find anywhere where the correct variant would be specified, if that is the issue. Obviously the UDOO team has built for Android, as the img file is posted. Could someone from the team publish the steps and configuration they use for that build??
I think you haven't run Code: ./setup udoo-eng before issuing the make command. Also the comment of Lifeboat_Jim is clearly incorrect, since ARM v7 is different from ARM 7. The first one refers to the instruction set architecture (ISA), whereas the latter is an implementation of this ISA. Hence, no problem here.
