I have never seen this. Do you power the display from an external power device? The USB of the Neo is not very powerful.
Looks like an hardware issue. Is it an issue on the Neo only or do you see the same issue if you connect this display to another computer?
Did you restart a couple of times after the BIOS update (as indicated in the first message)?
