To invert x or y you can reorder pins on cable from touch panel to controller.

Udoo connected trough hdmi to the controller. lvds cable from lcd is connected to the controller. interface for touc screen is connected to udoo...
Does android image support i2s or s/pdif output?

You need to do stop boot proccess and enter that command in Uboot bootloader (launch your terminal program, power on udoo board and press any key...
