Hi, I purchased the 7" LCD touchscreen display and it doesn't seem to play well with Ubuntu 18.04. It half-way works, I can touch and activate programs, but if I try to move the mouse cursor with my finger, it disappears and then starts doing strange things. Also, after re-boot, the touch quits working all together. I have to un-plug the USB and plug it back in to get the touch to start partially working again. Has anyone had similar problems? Does anyone know how to make the touchscreen work properly? Thanks! Scott
Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem. The display showed up very briefly when I first tried to install things, the touch support did not work, and I haven't been able to get it back on since.
Hi, I'm afraid not, still no luck with it, I moved to solving other issues and haven't come back to this one yet. No ideas from others either. Scott
