As the SAM M4 is of a complete other architecture as the AVR Arduino's it is likely that they are not complient so thet are not present on the Neo. In the following repository the Udoo board packege is defined: https://github.com/UDOOboard/arduino-board-package The files you are looking for are in udoo/solox/variants/udooneo/mqx/release/psp What sketch (or more likely library) needs them? It looks like is is not prepared for the Neo yet.
