I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. With the metal case properly assembled, the CPU fan seems to be louder, possibly due to burs and imperfections in the case's fan slots (I'm only assuming here). If I unscrew the four side screws and rest the inside portion of the case on the bottom of the outside potion of the case (i.e. let it slide down), the fan noise is greatly reduced. Does that seem to make sense?
