There seems could only change the device order of the legacy boot from SCU but not EFI. Is there any way to change the device order of EFI boot? I need USB device in first rather the onboard eMMC device.
    Thanks.

Use the EFI boot manager of the operating system you are using. In Ubuntu, this is called efibootmgr.
Or alternatively, in the SCU under the Boot settings, change 'Add Boot Options' to first, and then you should be able to adjust the order of the items listed under the EFI submenu.
