Hello @evaloverde I submitted a ticket more than a month ago for the fan issue, the fan was sent on October 16 to the wrong address, UPS just called me stating that I have to fix some issues with Customs and idk what else, they told me the package need to be called back by you guys en sent again to the correct address. I tried correcting it but they didn't allow me to. Please Help
