Hi, I can read at https://www.udoo.org/docs-x86/Hardware_Reference/UEFI_Firmware.html that some keyboard doesnt works in bios utility, just a word to say; my logitech k410 seems to be ok, too.
My cheap wireless keyboard/trackpad is working randomly, it seems it can't "pair" with usb receiver fast enough before OS starts loading.
I do not believe this is possible as it would require Bluetooth support to be built into the Bios and there is no mention of that anywhere. If you really want to use a Bluetooth keyboard for accessing the BIOS then I think the closest you would get is to use something like a Laird 820 dongle running in HID mode as that runs the Bluetooth stack completely on the dongle and the dongle presents itself as if it is a USB keyboard to the host.
My USB keyboard didn't like to work in escape menu. My bluetooth keyboard only worked once in an OS. This keyboard saved my sanity... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KF9IVKC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
