Hi. I'm facing with TOTALLY ignorance from UDOO support... I'm lost all nerves waiting and being ignored from Facebook, website support, everywhere where I could apply for help from UDOO I tried and I got 0 responce. They just mocking me... Long story short I am Kickstarter backer. In Summer I paid 184 USD for UDOO quad. I was excited about UDOO and dreamed to become valuable customer and comunity member but... I AM STILL WAITING FOR UDOO..... Today is 2013 November 23 And I have no clue Where my UDOO is and when I'll get one.... few weeks ago when I started to suspect something wrong about my shipment (no tracking number or something) I wrote a letter to UDOO Kickstarter. So I decided to wait day or two for answer. maybe they are very busy or something. When I do not get any property answer I decided go to UDOrg support section and ask again. I fought maybe they do not use Kickstarter anymore because Kickstarter campaign is over long time ago. I wrote letter to support.... One day.... two days.... week... Silence. When I wrote second letter. Maybe they didn't got my letter because of technical problems or something... Same story with second letter. When after desperate willingness to figure out what the **** is happening there I deiced write a letter to UDOO facebook site. I was little out of my nerves on facebook so sorry about that. Guess what happened after ? NOTHING. same SILENCE like always... So I wrote to Kickstarter Support. Still waiting for answer. So I am still waiting for my UDOO QUAD + SD + HDMI + Charger And I will wait till early December. If until this time I will not receive my UDOO shipment I will apply official institutions for help. Maybe there are some Kickstarter backers who didn't got their UDOO too ?

Check your email, because yesterday you should have received an email with the confirmation of the shipment and the explanation of why you haven't received UDOO yet. Check also the spam folder if you do not find it. Let me know.

I wrote to UDOO support email (replied) and then replied again now is 6th or 7 th week and still nothing... I am really tired for trying to get my item which I purchased in 2013 summer....

Re: I am kickstarter backer and I still do not get my UDOO q It's bad that he needs to. Mine eventually arrived, (a few days ago) and I can relate to the frustration he feels about paying money, getting nothing, and not getting much in the way of response about why.
