Let me first start out by saying I am a noob to the UDOO and script writing. I am trying to build a DSP into the udoo quad using the I2s connection. Is it possible to run an external hardrive to the udoo with music, then have the music output connect to the DSP? The digital signal would then go the amplifier that has a built in DAC. This is the web site for the DSP and the pin out is on page 5 . http://www.minidsp.com/images/documents ... Manual.pdf. Am I building this project incorrectly? My goal is to have a dedicated music player with a build in DSP. Any advice would help because I am a novice when it comes to computers wiring and script writing. Thank you.
Hi I would also like to connect I2S digital audio out to an external DAC. Is this possible? :? If so, where and how to get access to I2S pins? Hope this is possible! Cheers
Hmmm. From highlights of new features on Rev C board: I2S/AC97/SSI... We are now on Rev D? I do need to get bit perfect (!) digital audio out on native 44.1KHz, 48KHz and multiples on I2S, is this possible? Tips MUCH appreciated! Cheers
