I don`t Belive!!!!!! My shipping in the UPS was destroy!!!! And the e-mail in the register of the shipping was hei_g@hotmail.com, and my correct e-mail ( my login e-mail) is hei_cg@hotmail.com!!!! I don`t recive noting notification in the status of my account (the status is in processing) and I Never recive a notification from UPS because the e-mail is wrong!!! I had blame? The error was mine?
