I am trying to setup this udoo bolt board to emulate a PS2, as it's not connectable to my TV any longer. This will be a risky operation, as you need a much more powerful GPU for this. So I rebuilt my whole linux distro from scratch using aggressive optimizations (-O3 -ftlo), but would it help if I swap the memory? For CPU operations, I could probably not help a lot, but would the Vega 8 GPU benefit from using the hynix CL14 16GB kit instead of the currently installed CL17 8GB kit? Or is it not worth it? AFAIK, the vega GPU does not share the L1/L2/l3 cache of the ryzen cores, so there would be more benefit, right?
