I have noticed a weakness with the input jack in that if the Udoo board gets turned while plugged in or if the transformer gets moved that the jack on the board comes loose and the Udoo losses power. Its not a solid construction where it can take a lot of mishandling. I had to re-solder the jack and to give it more stability I filled the gap between the power jack and USB port with a two part epoxy. Works like a dream. In future boards I would recommend that Udoo look at this with a more hardy jack. I hope this helps for people having a similar problem.
