I think it is an opportunity for UDOO X86. UDOO X86 on a performance/price ratio is much better than UDOO DUAL/QUAD. In my opinion, Galileo and the other discontinued platforms were just a bit outdated.
Joule apparently was introduced only a year ago so not so outdated. The Intel Curie module/ Arduino 101 will stay active so that is encouraging for the ongoing support of this module.
