Mini DP to VGA?

    I was wondering if a mini DP to VGA would work on the udoo x86?

    I've only got two small old tv that one have vga as well hdmi and the other vga only.

    I want to use udoo x86 as my main pc, did anyone test out the mini dp yet with other adapters?

    Also I've pre-order from the store and was a backer from the campaign but have debit card issues so had to cancel the plege.

    You require an active adapter to convert DisplayPort to analog VGA.
    I've not tested this myself though.

    For DP to DVI or HDMI, passive adapters can be used because the DP is duel-link (the UDOO X86 Kickstarter listed the two ports as miniDP++).
