MP4 file is played in double speed on Android6.0 BETA3

I am using Android 6.0 beta3 on UDOO quad. When I use Gallery APP, MP4 file is played in double speed.
Is it Bug ?

 

For us it doesn't work at double speed. Can you give us more info? Have you changed something?

 

After having installed Android 6.0, I only transferred my mp4 file in Download directory using AndSMB app.
Then, I played the mp4 file by Gallery app.
However, It was not able to play normally, play at speed of about 2 times.

Do you encounter this problem only with that specific video? We've never experienced this problem before.

 

Please try an attached video file.
This file is usually played in 15 seconds. However, it is played in about 7 seconds by BEAT3.
Please play this file right after BETA3 was booted.

 

Output is HDMI.

 

When I use the HDMI only , this trouble seems to occur. I tried Beta4, however not solve.

 

I can confirm this issue watching videos using the Netflix app.

 

I don't have an issue with mp4 files, but I do have it with the Netflix app

I have the same problem. I went to Youtube in chrome and video played at normal speed. I tried a couple of netflix movies and they both sounded like chipmunks talking.

Same or very similar problem. I have just setup Udoo Quad/Dual with the latest Udoo Android. All I wanted was to watch Netflix. HDMI is my method. Video pauses about every 5 seconds with estimated 30 mbps wireless and the sound is like chipmunks singing at high speed. I think many are having this problem. Can Netflix work on a quad/dual setup?

@Slushpuppisan hi, there's been no progress on this. For the moment no update of Android for UDOO Dual/Quad is in the pipeline.
@MPC105 I know you cannot believe me, but we haven't been able to reproduce the problem so far, and we don't know how to help you in this regard.

 

Has there been any progress on this Netflix playing in 2X speed? I also have tried the Android 6.0.1 R2 release and I'm also getting 2X audio/video speed using the Netflix.apk on my Udoo Quad on a 15" LVDS Touch screen. Are there any plans to release Android 7.x at all?
