I know there was a similar question asked prior with no answer but I need to know how to get my touch screen to work within the next day or so for the end of my senior project. I have downloaded all the source code and setup the environment for compiling it but still haven't figured that all out just yet. I seen in the code that it looks like the driver is already there (i think). Is there a way to enable it without doing the whole recompile? If not, anyone know any tutorials on adding the drivers to the kernel and recompiling? I really need this to work.
Also, I read the mtouchusb.txt file in the documentation and it says that drivers can be built as modules. Does that means there's a way to compile together a module and upload it to the Udoo using u-boot? And, if it matters, it is a 7inch resistive screen.
Hello , any news? I have the same problem . Also i compiled the android from sourse :Android 4.3 Sources v2.0 (U-Boot, Kernel, File System),and i checked the usb egalax in the config, and everithing is ok but the touch still not working Somebody now if i have to do something more? maibe change or add some file? Thanx.
