We're expecting to be back on schedule starting from Monday. So i'd say 2-4 days for the shipment and 3 days (more or less) for the delivery.
So just to be clear, according to this, those of us who placed an order after the "pre-order" time period should expect a shipping notification by no later than Thursday 12/12 (max 4 days after Monday) ?
Exactly. If everything's on schedule the normal orders should receive the shipping notification in 2 to 4 days.

Its only today that I got the tracking number. The progress shows that it was collected from your store in italy only today morning as can be seen in the attachment. I sincerely hope that all future orders will be shipped at the earliest.
I ordered on Dec/3/2013 and got a tracking number Dec/11. Good job UDOO! Also I don't know you are shipping from in Italy. I can open a US store here for you if you want. contact me.

Woo Hoo, I received my UDOO Quad. I am an original backer, although I missed my "survey" to get it shipped in the first batch. I am very happy I recieved it and excited to get started. Although it did not ship with the power supply as quoted. Who can I contact to resolve this? Thanks, Brian
