Hey there. Is the DC-Jack really the only option to power the board with the necessary +12VDC? In the application i am planning, there will be a proper power supply in the housing. And the board shall be powered by this PS and not by the original one. All the connectors should be accessible from the outside, except the DC-jack. I don't want a wire comming from the inside of the housing wich has to be plugged in from the outside! For serviceability a pluged in cable/jack is the better option than cables soldered directly to the board. So please let me know if anyone of you has an idea! Thanks and greetings from switzerland...
