Hello, I have an issue with the Udoo board. It's a Udoo quad, the system is the once downloaded on this site : debian wheezy armHF for udoo quad. The issue is that the system freezes frequently, when I'm using it. Often, iceweasel is open but sometimes, only the terminal is running, with no command executed, and it still freezing. And it's really often, I can't use the system more of 15 minutes without freeze, and sometimes it occurs after only 3 minutes. When it freezes, all the sytem is "desabled", not responding at keyborad and mouse. I can do nothing and I must reset the board pressing the hardware button. Is there an explanation or a solution for this issue ? Thanks in advance.
Have you tried using a different distro? or Android? Give it a try and let me know if UDOO keeps freezing. If so your problem is almost certainly hardware.
Hello It seams that Android have no freezes, even after 2 hours of using. I used also Ubuntu 12.04 LTS found on this site and it freeze frequently like the Debian.

Also, I spent weeks on that and I have no more time to debug a board. I tested five systems on it, an all freezes, so I consider that the boar d is defaulting. Hlodwig & support: I'm also seeing problems which may be the same. I'm running a recently delivered UDOO Quad (PN: S975-G000-2100-C2, S/N 13461948) as a headless system on my wired LAN. It regularlly (about one or twice a day randomly) becomes non-response and I need to reset, or cycle power to it. I'm usually only running an ssh terminal to it from my Linux laptop. This was really bad under Debian Wheezy, and less so under Ubuntu 12 (both downloaded from Udoo site). I have found no problems in system logs to tell me what's going on and since I'm running headless I can't tell if its a complete freeze or just an Ethernet problem. This is frustrating as I don't know if I have a hardware problem that needs warrenty service, or a software issue. I have a 32 GB SD. Any help to debug this??

I can confirm I share exactly the same problem, and I cannot get the board to work in a stable way, i.e., without frequent freezes, no matter which distribution I try :-(
If you faced a frequent freezing problem with your UDOO board especially during downloading, that's an AC-DC adopter problem.
